AviviD AI Connector Terms of Service

This English version is a translation. If it differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.

These terms apply to the connector that AviviD.ai (禾多移動多媒體股份有限公司, "we") provides for use with ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants (https://mcp.avivid.ai/avivid/mcp, "the Service"). Please read them before use. By using the Service through an AI assistant, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. The Service is provided for business and commercial use. If you use it on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Anyone under 18 must have the consent of a legal guardian.

1. Service: the Service lets you look up our products and services, get product suggestions for your needs, see how an advertising budget could be split, look up apps on the ONLY platform, and ask us to contact you. It is free and needs no registration.
2. Information only: product information, suggestions and budget splits are for reference only and are not an offer, a quote or a guarantee of results. Actual specifications, prices and terms are those in our sales team's formal quote and the contract signed by both parties. The AI assistant's wording of the results is generated by third-party platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. If anything differs, the information on our official website or formally provided by our sales team prevails. You are responsible for your own judgment and for the risk of decisions you make based on the Service.
3. Contact requests: the contact details you provide must be your own or details you are entitled to provide. If you provide someone else's details, you must get their consent first and make them aware of the privacy notice. How we handle them is described in the AI Connector Privacy Notice.
4. Acceptable use: do not call, disrupt or attack the Service in bulk by automated means, access the Service's systems or data without authorization, submit false or other people's contact details (except with consent under the previous item), or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may restrict or stop access for anyone who does, without notice. You are liable for any damage this causes to us or third parties, or for any third-party claims against us that result.
5. Third-party platforms: when you use ChatGPT, Claude or other platforms, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual property: rights in the content provided by the Service (product descriptions, text, images and interface) belong to us or the original rights holders. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially use it without our written consent, except as permitted by law. We may use, free of charge, any feedback or suggestions (not including personal data) that you provide through the Service.
7. Changes and suspension: we may change, suspend or end all or part of the Service, and may change these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page with an updated date. If you keep using the Service after a change, you are deemed to agree to the changed terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
8. Limitation of liability: the Service is provided as is, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service; changes to, suspension or end of the Service; the AI assistant's wording; third-party platforms; network or system outages; or any other cause related to the Service.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction: these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
10. Severability: if any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect.
